John and the team at Third Arm Construction helped us re-envision our entire basement. We didn’t change any of the actual existing footprint, but we did bring in new surfaces, floors, and appliances. The team did an amazing job. Our basement went from a time capsule 1957 to 2024. We absolutely cannot say enough about John and the entire team. They were absolutely wonderful, thoughtful about the work, and made sure that we felt like family. Without reservation, we recommend John and Third Arm Construction.
